All orders placed before 1pm will be fulfulled and delivered to the shipping agent within 48 hours.

US orders of $69 or more ship for free to the lower 48 states.

Orders to HI and AK may be billed extra. Currently only shipping to the USA, please contact us with requests to ship to other countries--these require setup that we will try to accomodate!

Returns

Every specimen we sell, we guarantee in line with our AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE. If you have concerns about what you have sent, please contact us and we will help resolve the situation. If the specimen is found to be non-authentic, a full return will be accepted.

No returns will be accepted on consumables, damaged specimens without proof of carrier damage, or tools.
